we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized products tailored to your unique needs. Due to the custom nature of our items, which are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, we adhere to the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity:
1. Non-Returnable Custom Products
All customized items (e.g., apparel, accessories, or safety gear with personalized designs) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage caused during production or shipping. Because these products are created to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size preferences, color variations, or design changes after purchase.
How to Report an Issue?
If you believe your product qualifies for a resolution under this policy:
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via email at dadakang63@gmail.com or through our website’s chat/contact form.
Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective area and your order number.
Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days and propose a solution (replacement, partial/full refund, or store credit).
Exclusions
We cannot address issues reported after 15 days of delivery.
Claims lacking sufficient evidence (e.g., photos) will not be processed.
Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, washing, or alterations after delivery, are not covered.
